This Property Management business had identified the need to replace its Property Management and Finance system. Prior to replacing they system, they wanted to look at their processes and systems around the IT, in order to create a view as to what the new system needed to do and how they would structure their data, processes.

Sue Cohen’s role

Working with other consultants – a surveyor with significant experience of implementing IT systems and an assistant:

  • Facilitating workshops across all areas of Finance, Property and Asset Management:
    • Using leading practice process maps, document the processes the business wish to put in place
    • Create documentation for each process, identifying departmental / role responsibilities
    • Bring processes together, to create system specification
