Coaching
What is “Coaching”?
Coaching is one-to-one skills development focused on you and your business in order to improve business results.
What will Coaching do for you?
Together with an experienced coach, you will examine your business operations and people to identify ways to develop the skills needed to increase business performance.
“One to one performance coaching is the way for both organisations and individuals to significantly impact the bottom line.” Fortune Magazine
Are you responsible for many key areas of the business? Finance, premises, buying, selling, marketing, advertising, recruitment and paying staff, as well as delivering a great service. Coaching is a key development activity for many business people as it is focused on you, your business and your business issues, in as much depth as you require, when you want it.
Coaching project managers
If you are responsible for a department or function within a business, it is likely that, at some point in time, you will be responsible for setting up or making significant changes to business systems or processes, whether IT-based or not. Sue uses her experience working as a project manager, together with coaching, to help department heads to manage these internal projects, balancing the time and resources need to deliver the project, alongside the day-to-day business activities which they, and their staff, are expected to maintain.
