Collaboration across the business
Many businesses have been set up with a range of complimentary services and products, enabling the business to build on existing relationships by adding further services for the benefit of existing customers.
However, many such businesses do not build the culture and processes which ensure that this is delivered consistently to existing and new customers. Collaboration across business units, also known as cross-selling, just does not happen on a strategic, consistent basis.
In this video, I introduce some ideas on how to build the processes and skills, which will build a culture, where collaboration exists and grows, for the benefit of all parts of the business.
