Sue has worked within professional services firms for nearly 30 years, more than 20 within Learning and Development.

She has worked with partners, directors and staff at all levels, across a range of disciplines, styles and backgrounds. She has also managed teams of staff, budgets, face-to-face training programmes, elearning and other projects.

Those who work with Sue describe her as pragmatic, assertive, very well organised and having a flexible style, enabling her to work well with a variety of people.

She has worked on a variety of projects from a large professional services firm to review the content and style of their training offering and the structure of the department to the design and delivery of a coaching programme with 2 owner-directors of a smaller company covering personal skills and people management
