Bit of history ...
Sue has worked within professional services firms for nearly 30 years, more than 20 within Learning and Development.
She has worked with partners, directors and staff at all levels, across a range of disciplines, styles and backgrounds. She has also managed teams of staff, budgets, face-to-face training programmes, elearning and other projects.
Those who work with Sue describe her as pragmatic, assertive, very well organised and having a flexible style, enabling her to work well with a variety of people.
She has worked on a variety of projects from a large professional services firm to review the content and style of their training offering and the structure of the department to the design and delivery of a coaching programme with 2 owner-directors of a smaller company covering personal skills and people management
Qualifications
Sue is a qualified Chartered Accountant and spent many years working at Grant Thornton.
She is also qualified to deliver Psychometrics, Level B+, including MBTI, 16PF, OPQ32 and TalentQ and is also a PRINCE2 practitioner.
Sue is a member of NRG.
