Facilitators - networking and selling programmes

Sue Cohen

With over 20 years experience in learning and development, Sue has worked with senior leaders and middle management across many teams, largely within professional services organisations. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in a medium sized practice in London, working with a range of clients, whilst building her skills in training and development. Since moving into fulltime training, she has helped hundreds of individuals and many teams develop their personal, interpersonal and management skills to make them more effective in their roles within their organisations.

One of her recent projects involved working with a group of senior staff within a major accountancy firm to build their capacity to sell more services to existing clients. Described by many of the participants as one of the best programmes they had experienced, they were reporting significant improvement in their “cross-selling” within six weeks of attending the programme.

Focused on practical solutions and business outcomes, Sue’s training programmes will help you identify activities which are relevant to you and your business and provide real solutions.

Jonathan Lederman

Having worked for both Amstrad & General Electric, as well as other worldwide brands, Jonathan has a wealth of knowledge in developing people and their skills. From facilitating multi company meetings, to the harder edge of winning new business in competitive markets, he is able to assess individuals’ and team requirements to determine routes to develop both people and companies.

A qualified member of the IOD, he recently reorganised a large sales team to focus on new business as opposed to just order taking. As a result new client numbers doubled in the first 6 months of the year, whilst repeat business from existing clients grew by 15%, against a downturn in the previous 2 years.

Jonathan’s key skills are in getting people to work together, finding solutions to perceived barriers, planning their own development and bringing this all together to create a new strategy to drive a business forward.
