Customer service training

Dealing with customers can be tricky. Whilst we may all like to believe we are offering excellent service, clients and customers sometimes tell us otherwise - either explicitly by complaining or implicitly by not continuing to use your services.

Sue's programmes are run in Hertfordshire, Central London and Greater London and can be arranged at other venues around the country.

Overview of workshop

This workshop will consider different elements of your service delivery and ensure you build and maintain excellent service throughout your organisation, fit for your business.

What will you learn?
During this workshop, you will:
  • Gain an understanding of the client / customer's perspective
  • Explore customer expectations and how to manage them
  • Consider different aspects of your organisation and how they fit into the whole business
  • Set appropriate actions and plans for individuals and departments to improve service

The workshop will include a variety of interactive exercises which will require you to be open and honest about your business.
